Ryan S. Razook, Manager and Portfolio Manager
Ryan Razook is a founder and Manager of RCH Capital, LLC formed in June, 2007. He is a former Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager with Directed Capital Resources, LLC, and since 2001, has focused on complex distressed debt workouts, bankruptcies, foreclosures and real estate liquidations throughout the United States. In addition to portfolio management, Mr. Razook is manages the development of RCH's proprietary asset management systems, strategic planning for the company's operations and growth platform. Mr. Razook received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and completed a fifth year of accounting at the University of South Florida. He currently holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
