Fred S. Razook, Jr., Managing Member
Fred Razook is a founder and Managing Member of RCH Capital, LLC formed in June, 2007. He is also a former founder and Managing Member of Directed Capital Resources, LLC, a Florida-based private equity firm engaged in mortgage banking activities focused on distressed commercial mortgages. Mr. Razook’s experience also includes nine years as the Chief Operating Officer for WRH Mortgage, Inc., an affiliated company to William R. Hough & Co., which was an investment banking and financial services firm and one of the largest bond underwriting firms in the United States prior to its acquisition by RBC Dain Rauscher in 2004. WRH Mortgage Inc. acquired commercial and multifamily mortgages from distressed lenders and accumulated a portfolio of properties through foreclosure, which it successfully managed. In all, Mr. Razook has over 35 years of experience in real estate development, real estate investments, property management, and for the most recent 20 years, in mortgage acquisitions and complex mortgage workouts. Mr. Razook received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University. Mr. Razook is also a certified public accountant (inactive) and has a Florida Real Estate Broker License.
