Richard Razook is partner to the law firm of Fowler White Burnett and joined RCH Capital LLC as part of the management team effective January 1, 2008. Mr. Razook has been involved in tax, real estate, and international matters for more than 30 years. He is a former founding member of Directed Capital Resources, LLC. Mr. Razook graduated from New York University School of Law, LL.M. with a degree in federal taxation (1976). He received his J.D., cum laude, in 1975 from the University of Miami School of Law and University of Kent School of Law (Canterbury, England) and his B.S.B.A. degree in accounting with honors from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) in 1972. Mr. Razook was an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law for more than 20 years, teaching courses in international taxation and tax aspects of real property transactions, and he has also served as an adjunct pro¬fessor in the MBA program at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. Mr. Razook is a certified public accountant (inactive), previously employed in the Miami and New York offices of Peat, Marwick Mitchell & Co. (predecessor to KPMG Peat Marwick).
